Services
Purevista Cleaning provides residential and limited commercial cleaning services in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Babcock Ranch. Services are performed based on the information provided by the client.
Pricing
All pricing is subject to change based on home size, condition, level of cleaning required, and service type.
Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service.
Additional charges may apply if conditions differ from what was originally disclosed.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the concern.
Access & Safety
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
Limitation of Liability
Purevista Cleaning is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for:
Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing damage
Improperly secured or fragile items
Damage caused by faulty or aging materials
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
